Refund Policy

1. Free trial
HandLit offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card or commitment required. You can test all features at no cost. No payment is required before the end of the trial period.
2. General refund policy
HandLit subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been made. By using the service after your free trial ends, you accept these conditions. This policy applies to all payment methods: Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money), credit card (Flutterwave, Paystack).
3. Exceptions
A refund may be granted in the following cases: • Double billing: if you were charged twice for the same period. • Technical error on our part: if a proven bug prevented any use of the service for more than 72 consecutive hours. • Cancellation within 48 hours of the first payment of a new subscription (excluding renewals). To request an exceptional refund, contact us within 7 days of the billing date.
4. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you retain access to the service until that date. No pro-rated refund is issued for remaining days after cancellation.
5. Suspension for non-payment
In case of payment failure, we grant a 7-day grace period. After this period, your account is suspended. Your data is retained for an additional 90 days to allow you to regularize your situation.
