Frequently asked questions
- Does my customer need to create an account?
- No. They receive a private link that opens on their phone: nothing to install, nothing to create.
- How does my customer pay?
- With MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money from their link, or in cash or by bank transfer, which you record yourself. Card payment is not available yet.
- Can I send the invoice on WhatsApp?
- Yes, in one click: the message is already written. Automatic WhatsApp sending is being activated; in the meantime, the email goes out on its own.
- Can I download the invoice as a PDF?
- Not yet: your customer views their invoice on an always up-to-date web page.
- What if I make a mistake on an invoice?
- Before any payment, you cancel it. After a payment, you issue a credit note: the invoice, the stock and the accounting are corrected with a trace.
